Officers
Tricia Spayer, President
Tricia Spayer has been Technical Writer/ Illustrator for Pressco Technology Inc. since 1996, in a department of one. Her job duties began with writing and illustration, and evolved to include marketing materials, photography, trade show posters, web development, content management, and now videos and training materials.
Tricia is an STC Associate Fellow. She joined STC in 2000, and served in every executive role in NEO STC. She also served on the STC Board of Directors, as Chair of the Community Affairs Committee (CAC), and Chair of the Community Achievement Awards Evaluation and Pacesetter Committee.
Tricia loves to cruise with her husband, and Monte Carlo, her famous stuffed monkey. So far, they have been on 20 cruises to 45 countries, 60 ports of call, and look forward to their next trips! Of all the places Tricia has been so far, Alaska stands out as the most spectacular.
Her goal as President of NEO STC this year is to make sure all our members are served with quality programming, valuable connections, and are receiving optimum value from their membership. And of course, to have fun! Contact Tricia: president@neostc.org.
Kelly Webb Bronstrup, Vice President

Wags4Warriors and others. In 2010, she was awarded the University’s Service Learning and Student Engagement Award in its inaugural year and is honored to have been chosen to serve as a Grand Marshal for one of the University’s 2017 spring Commencement ceremonies. She has given over 25 presentations locally, statewide and nationally. Kelly has served on many committees both on and off campus including the city of Strongsville’s Economic Development and Technology Committee and school planning committees for the Brecksville Broadview Heights city school district, but is most proud of her work on the University’s Veterans Steering Committee to help military students achieve success.
