Program Meeting – LEGO® Serious Play® – Bricks for Business!
This event is over, but you can check the links below for more information.
Did you know that LEGOs® Bricks aren’t just fun? – they can be serious too. The LEGO® Serious Play® methodology is an innovative and exciting new process that’s taking the business community by storm!
It uses the iconic toys in new ways to facilitate communication and problem-solving. Led by a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, participants work individually and/or in groups to build 3D models with bricks. These 3D models function as metaphors, supporting group discussion and stimulating creativity.
Tech comm, marketing, learning and development, human resources, leadership – almost any team in your organization can benefit by leveraging the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
Interested? Good news! You can start the new year by experiencing LEGO® Serious Play® first-hand.
Join NEO STC in January to build your insight on how this trending tool can enhance communication and group dynamics on your own projects. And be sure to invite co-workers from other departments too – they may have heard of LEGO® Serious Play® but they may not realize that we have a certified facilitator right here in northeast Ohio.
Still not convinced? OK, here’s one more bonus: Each participant will receive their own set of LEGO® Bricks to take home!
