November 14, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm EST
Using lessons from her book, Conditioning Your Mind to Fuel Creativity, Jennifer Yaros shatters preconceived notions about what creativity is and means. She explains it is not a talent only some people are born with and instead is an innate skill everyone possesses. Practice is the only way to nurture and grow it.
In this presentation, you choose the lessons most relevant to you around creativity and innovation. Yaros provides information and activities you can implement immediately to help make you a sought-after, innovative professional, such as:
- Dealing with a stressed and noisy mind
- Not letting negativity hold you back
- Using deadlines to your advantage
- Breaking out of the status quo
- Embracing, learning from, and assessing failure

Jennifer is passionate about helping people tap into their own personal creativity and using it to solve business problems. She is the creator of the BrainSpark program and author of Conditioning Your Mind to Fuel Creativity.
In her role as VP of Operations for Radcom, Jennifer learned the value of developing creative solutions to meet clients’ needs and budgets. While helping clients document procedures and work instructions, Jennifer discovered a need for creative thinking and innovative solutions to everyday business problems in all areas of companies. She noticed that companies often implemented solutions to problems that did not solve the real problem. Jennifer decided to use her knowledge and experience in creative thinking and putting ideas to work to help companies solve their problems for good. This was the inspiration for BrainSpark – to help companies develop and use their innate creative thinking to discover innovative solutions to problems.
Jennifer has been delivering training programs, workshops, and process improvement plans for mid-size and Fortune 500 companies for over two decades. She also frequently speaks at industry events across the nation. Through BrainSpark she writes books, facilitates workshops, speaks at events, and provides coaching to companies and individuals looking to improve their creative thinking and innovative solutions.
